Limits the Windows programs that users have permission to run on the computer. If you enable this setting, users can only run programs that you add to the List of Allowed Applications. NOTE: This setting only prevents users from running programs that are started by the Windows Explorer process.
Please note that the Group Policy Editor is NOT available to XP Home users
START > RUN > GPEDIT.MSC > USER CONFIGURATION > ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES > SYSTEM > FIND RUN ONLY ALLOWED WINDOWS APPLICATIONS > RIGHT CLICK > PROPERTIES > CLICK ENABLE > FIND APP. > OK REBOOT

we enter the following setting in GPEDIT “START > RUN > GPEDIT.MSC > USER CONFIGURATION > ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES > SYSTEM > FIND RUN ONLY ALLOWED WINDOWS APPLICATIONS > RIGHT CLICK > PROPERTIES > CLICK ENABLE >”
after enable i wrote internet explorer in dialog box and then ok
after this only my net files or pages are opening other any prog command are not working please tell me how i can recover it .How my all prog works pease reply me urgent thanks

I have a vb application that i use in a kiosk system and it is placed in a public place. i want to run only that application on the system.
while booting itself i want the application to open up
