We are looking for a young talented person (male or Female) from Pakistan or India who likes to accept challanges and fullfill them. You will be managing PHPBB based forums, so previous expereince of moderator is highly essential.

who is also experienced in phpbb forum admin.

You will be managing our forums at http://www.mobilemastee.com/mobile_forums

Responsibilities:

1) handling phpBB forum
2) To advertise professionally(not Spamming) web site in chat rooms and in other forums
3) To arrange new Registerations
4) increasing post activity, moderating quality of posts
5) Keeping vistors entertained with fresh information
6) Content
7) suggest any other areas where you could provide support

How we select

It is part of the selection process, we always ask candidates to set their own target for first month, After one month we evaluate their set targets. If they do achieve their targets we pay and extend the contract. If they can’t fulfil own set targets, we pay them for 1 month and we leave totally on candidates to decide. We give another month chance to prove their abilities. We think that is the only reason we have a strong potential team who proudly report us with their fulfilled preset targets.In such job where you have full liberation and independence so you have good chances for promotion as well.

As this job is for forums promotion and admin and same as our process of final selection, we would request you to set your targets for 1st month and let us know when you can start. We will send you final confirmation email. Please set your targets for number of registrations, number of posts you can arrange in one month. Posts and registrations should be genuine. More forums can be added if you think that some topics are missing that should be there, please ask us.
