Hi Craig, I really enjoy your videos, but next time you should describe what it tastes like when you finish the brew, it’ll add a nice touch and have us craving for it!

thanks for not leaving anything out- attention to detail is always key! you’re a good man for this!

@jsanturri5823 there are different ways of doing it, depending on the thing you’re adding. You can boil stuff and add the broth to your hot wort, or add it directly to the wort. You might want to check some recipes. Cheers.

Thanks for the great step by step. You have made me confident enought to take a chance at my own brew. But I see other people adding flavors to there beer like Pumpkin or Orange peel for Flavoring. how and when would you add the flavoring

I’ve always wanted to brew my own beer. You’ve made it look so easy and I think I’m confident enough to try it now. Albeit, I will it really slowly. Thanks Eh!

do u need to shake the bottle once the beer is poured on the sugar or is it allright to just leave it?
btw if 1 beer is 1/2 tsp sugar. 1.5 beers is 3/4 tsp sugar.

@ostmash The bottling sugar ferments and creates CO2 in the beer, the fizz.
@coyleo1111 No, you really need to carbonate it in smaller batched. The only way to carb the beer all at once is by using a keg system.

hi Craig
how long do you leave your beer in the bottles for cause i let it sit in the bottles for at least a month before i drink it but a few people i know tell me just one and a half to two weeks is good enough also which bottles do you find better to use glass or plastic i use plastic because they can take a lot more pressure than glass bottles and are easier to clean but with glass bottle they seem to chill a lot better in a fridge

Perfect vidoes! a+
But why did you put sugar in the bottles? You already fermented away all the sugar in the mix. Beer with sugar in it cant taste good, can it?

Hello Craig,
what kind of plastic bottles do you use? are these Ox-bar bottles?
great how to vids!

Great videos man. Starting my brew this week. I’ll be using 500ml pints bottles though. Does just over half a teaspoon of sugar per bottle sound about right?

I watched 1-4 start to finish. Great video for me and probably all wanna be first timers. It is nice to see the whole process happen instead of trying to figure it out as you go. Thanks for putting these together, and happy brewing! Cheers…
