@greeeen313 they are much better to eat than popping 100 supplements a day. with food your body will use all of it. with pills, most of it ends up in your urine

@jfigearo vegetable are not betetr than fruit they take forever to digest. if you noticed all the herbivore animals have swollen bellies. they dont taste anywhere near as good b/c you were NOT originally meant to eat them. why else do things like onions/garlic taste so BAD. they taste bad to avoid being eaten

i forgot to add……when i was put on the bullshit candida diet (misdiagnosed by an idiot councelor) which eliminated fruit too:
1) the dermatitis on my skin soon spread immensely &
2) my face quickly became flaky & burned constantly. TRUTH.

p.s, fruit production isnt my forté, but how does one make a fruit more sugary than intended? apples from my tree in the garden appear no more sugary than a braeburn from a shop.

mycotoxins can be present in a hell of a lot of things, mainly cereals is the concern. the fact remains that this is rarely the case that they do. if you want never to ingest mycotoxins you must avoid such a range of foods that you would die. put faith in food standards agencies.

I have been taught that a healthy person should consume no more than 2 fruits a day. The reason being is that our fruits today are much more sugary than what nature had originally provided. I do agree that certain fruits have very good health benefits, and they include: green apples and all berries. By the way, bananas should never be eaten becuase they contain mycotoxins (fungus).
