The way SM praise the Emperor is totally different with Imperial Guard’s one or Inquisitions one. Inquisition thinks Emperor as God, a divine being, something SM doesnt. SM are agaisnt the belief of a godlike Emperor, they think of him just as a very strong human. Whoever has read the codex knows.

If you dont see these things as analogous, there is no point discussing this any further. Im am certain you wont have to look far for testemonials from GW themselfs that this is intended. I havent been into these things for many years, but I am pretty sure I have seen it stated that they went out of their way to make a totalitarian regime littered with “specie’ism”.

Hitler and Mussolini never named himself the Son of God/Allah/Buddha/Whatever. Plus, the imperium is not out to get the jews and the gypsies. It has super-humans that are called superhumans(SM) but with good reason, because they are… not because of some hair/eyes colour, but because they are modified to be so.

As I said, you cannot put the Imperium’s administration into a word. Fascism does not exist in the warhammer 40k universe because it lacks money. What is fascism? A political administration in which a right hand doctrine party rules and whose leader has supreme political power and cannot be removed from office. The Imperium is an Imperial Administration in which we have an EMPEROR, not a Fuhrer. All kings/emperors in history were also portrait as the sons of gods, or gods themselves.

Gouvernment > Citizens – I dont see how you factor money into this. Money is only a manifestation of effort, and the Imperium are not strangers to claiming a man’s effort.

And since the currency of the IMPERIUM is FAITH and LOYALTY(and resources), not MONEY, there can be no democracy/comunism/fascism anywhere. The military admnisitration is monarchy-based… as we have an EMPEROR that cannot be voted out of office
