Or just send them a bail contract stating that you live outside of the US

This guy has some good points. I should also point that you can often get out of most cable/satelite contracts using SIMILAR measures, (though all contract terms vary slightly). As for cellular providers, just get a StraightTalk prepaid phone for the best cell value. $45/mo UNLIMITED talk and text on the Verizon network.

No, it doesn’t, and didn’t a year ago when this was posted. This idiot obviously didn’t read the agreement to closely. You sign that if the agreement is amended you will be notified by mail and you have 30 days to end the agreement if you decide to. If you don’t you agree with the amendment and it continues in force.

@itsdonenow If you have something (as long as that “thing” has value) then if it is taken away from you, AND if it is a material, then the act of taking the thing of value away from you is materially adverse, i dont see where the gray area is, its simple as that…
about 1 year ago
@0oticklpiklo0 Well you were able to figure out a penny is worth one cent, way to go. Now maybe you can work on what 5, 10, 25, and 100 pennies are worth then we can work on some big words so you can understand what the legal definition of materially adverse is. Don’t worry if it gets to be much for you just call me stupid and rant about your rights where it makes no sense again, that will be easier than making a point.

@rbiggz What’s the issue with my profile? A lack of info?

@itsdonenow @itsdonenow Your fuckin stupid dude…. My rights as an American Citizen are that a American PENNY is worth ONE CENT. WHICH IS MATERIALLY ADVERSE! YOU ARE FUCKING STUPIDDDDDDD!!!!!!! IF TAKING AWAY A PENNY FROM SOMEONE WAS NOT CONSIDERED MATERIALLY ADVERSE THEN IT WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AMERICAN CURRENCY!!!!!!

And people should look at your profile.. that tells them everything.

@rbiggz Yeah when someone points out your a liar it is easier to call it pointless banter. How can Verizon scam people, they can’t change the cost of a price plan and people are advised of feature costs, there is no way to scam them. Why would Verizon try and scam a few dollars rather than continuing to collect the billions they make. People would be wise to stay away from any advice you offer.
I am done with your pointless banter, if anybody wants to know any Verizon secrets on how they will scam every dollar off of you… hit me up… also how to get out of any charges by just being nice to the rep every time you call in. Threaten to disconnect you line.. they will work with you. SIMPLE! Your just ridiculous and yes I worked on contract for Verizon. But here is the Key phrase YOUR DONE NOW.

and no you never called me a name… but you did call the guy in the video an idiot. you are right on one thing… his trick will never work unless he gets a sympathetic sup.

Activation calls take like 3 minutes if they used *228 before calling in, one question calls take about 2 minutes max using doorways, my AHT was 415-420. We had to average 6.5 call per day in order to meet quota… we were red lit all the time so my average call rate was 9-10 calls per hour. I am a “overachiever” so I worked mad hours and took as many calls as I could. average monthly was 1500 so yes you are right.. about 6000 calls. Not trying to lie… just estimated a little too high.
@rbiggz You stated you worked for Verizon which you just pointed out is a lie, you lied about how many hours a week you worked, you lied about how many calls you took, changed your story about how long you worked there, then claim Verizon said to negotiate when it was your employer, which is probably a lie as well.
@rbiggz Where did I call you a name? I pointed out the fact that you were lying but didn’t call you a name. You never took a 100 calls in a day, at 5 months working about 12 hours a day like you claim you might have taken 60.

Your a nobody I can see. You might as well delete this account, your going to make a lot of enemies with name calling, the worst debate tactic of all time. Makes you look really bad.@itsdonenow

BTW it is not BS and billing issues means overage, new charges, ect… Your done now!
Well let me rephrase this, I trained for 6 weeks then was on the phone for 5 months. Now in 5 months I worked a total of 115 hours every two weeks taking an average of 80 calls/day, sometimes taking more than a 100 calls. You may work directly for Verizon which the policy does state if it is our fault, we credit it back. When I left, the policy changed to negotiate at 50% even if it is our fault. Maybe it is because we are outsourced…???
@rbiggz Wow a whole 5 months!!!!!!! You start off lying with saying you took over 7000 calls which is total BS and why would people call in and say they just wanted to let you know the bill was fine this month, by default you get people calling in to question the bill. No they do not negotiate everything if it’s a billing error you get it all back.
@0oticklpiklo0 No you don’t get to determine that one cent is materially adverse, in a court if there is not a specific dollar amount it would be what a reasonable person would consider a problem not what someone trying to get out of a contract thinks. Try talking to a lawyer not someone posting videos on Youtube
about 1 year ago
@itsdonenow I dont care what you say i dictate what is materially adverse to me not you, nowhere in the contract does it say that verizon dictates what is materially adverse. One cent over is materially adverse because it is United states currency and it is taken from my credit
about 1 year ago
I worked for Verizon for a little over 5 months. I talked with over 7000 people and about half of them were about billing issues. Verizon has policies and changes them all the time. Even though I signed a contract with them not to give out any info… i am going to whistle-blow the hell out of them. Just one point, they negotiate everything. Even if it is their fault. Threaten to disconnect every time and you will get the credit you need.
